  TERRIBLE customer service; employees far more concerned about themselves than their customers. Made an appointment because I know how much time is wasted when you need to replace a phone. Showed up 5 minutes early, waited 20 minutes. Two people working. 3 parties waiting to be served. A third guy wanders back from break, moseys into the break room and doesn't come out. I peek in the window, 2 guys sitting at the break table. So half of the workforce is idle, while customers are chafing at the bit. This is not an unusual experience. AT&T needs to train much better.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THE MANAGER HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE ROLLING HER EYES AND SUCKING HER TEETH. SHE STATED THAT SHE WORKED THERE 9 YEARS AND COULD NOT FIX MY ISSUE BECAUSE IT COULDN'T BE FIXED WHICH I WENT TO ANOTHER AT&T STORE AND THEY FIXED IT WITHIN 15 MINUTES. IT'S NOT BUSY BECAUSE THE MANAGER IS VERY RUDE!!! BAD DAY OR NOT YOU DON'T TREAT PWOPLE THE WAY I WAS TREATED.
