  I have shopped at Jos. A. Bank since 2002. My father-in-law has shopped there for as long as he can remember. Combined we have spent well over $100k. Neither of us will ever shop there again. I paid $1000 for two custom sport coats on 2/5. After six weeks and my final fitting I started calling weekly to inquire on the status of the coats. Each time I called the employee and manager had no idea where my coats were or when they would be ready. Each time they promised to call me back and never did. I had to spend $800 at another store because I needed a coat to wear. This continued until May when I finally went in the store with a receipt and asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund. I was forced to get AMEX to refund me. A week ago they finally found the coats and further insulted me by offering Jos. A. Bank bonus points for my troubles. Jos. A. Bank has lost a family of lifetime customers due to this experience.
